Welcome back! Thanks for sticking by.
Keyword stuffing is a black hat SEO technique used to influence search engines to achieve high rankings for desired keywords. It is based on loading page with keywords, repeating them in non-user-friendly way, hiding them from users etc.
Google on keyword stuffing:
“Keyword stuffing” refers to the practice of loading a webpage with keywords in an attempt to manipulate a site’s ranking in Google’s search results. Filling pages with keywords results in a negative user experience, and can harm your site’s ranking. Focus on creating useful, information-rich content that uses keywords appropriately and in context.
Often the page stuffed with keywords consists of randomly generated phrases usually fetched from other websites through automated tools. Such tools can generate hundreds of thousand of pages with completely no valuable content and feed them to search engines to obtain high rankings. Search engines become more sensitive for such websites and usually such pages do not appear in SERP’s and are banned from indexes.
The repetition of keywords in meta tags have been used in the past to obtain high rankings (and worked for some time) but now most search engines ignore meta tags (especially keywords meta tag).
There are various places to stuff keywords, even if not visible at first sight to the user:
All of those techniques are black hat SEO and are against Google Webmaster guidelines.
It will not help to stuff website with keywords, it will only make it worse and possible lead to ban the website from search engine indexes and deletion.
Recommended keyword density on single page should be between 4%-8%. It is an approximation and should not be taken as an absolute value. Nevertheless anything more than 8% may be threated as attempt of keyword stuffing to trick search engines and may trigger an alarm in search engine algorithms. And that may be equal to site deletion or ban.
Any so-called black hat SEO techniques are against search engines as they are created to trick, full, deceive search engines and they should NOT be used by anyone. *Don’t do it.*

It sounds like you’re creating problems yourself by trying to solve this issue instead of looking at why their is a problem in the first place
