When you have complex campaigns with hundreds or thousands of keywords you may want or even need some help with managing your Google AdWords account. You may also use sharing option when you are outsourcing your Google AdWords campaigns.
In that case you will need to grant access to your AdWords account to other users. Here is how you do it:
After you send the message the user may accept it or decline it. In any case you will be notified about the status of your invitation in your account and by email.
New users will have to create their own logins to access your AdWords account.
NOTICE: If you share your AdWords account with any AdSense account using the same login informations, the new users will also have access to those AdSense accounts.
Access levels:
Administrative Access - it’s the highest level of access. Those users may invite other users, change access levels of other users, can edit, change and manage any part of the account with exception of login information and language settings.
Standard Access - users have almost the same capabilities as Administrative Access users with one major exception: they are not able to invite other users to share account access, change other users access levels or disable access to the account.
Reports Access - the lowest access level. Users with reports access level may only view and run reports.
How to change user access levels?
To change access levels of any users you have granted access to your Google AdWords account follow these steps:
Every time you change access levels of other users, they will be notified about that by email.
NOTICE: Only user with administrative access can change levels of access for other users.
