Mobile operators and website owners share in the ad revenue generated by searches originating from their sites.

Google AdSense for mobile lets publishers put their custom logo designs together with links to their website in the Google result pages.

That way Google tries to enter the mobile device market with even more advertisements and revenue possibilities. As people that use mobile devices are probably the same people who already know Google search engine and its services they are more likely to also use Google search boxes on their favorite mobile websites and also click some ads by the way.
