That’s how the new Twitter user interface looks like (see picture on the side).
Twitter team announced on their blog to have changed the tabs location at “Home” page, added Ajax functions to speed up Twitter, design customizer and more.
Those are all very nice additions to Twitter. I really like them. I think Twitter is evolving to meet user expectations which is a good thing to do.
While going through the changes, looking at the new tabs and interface i sow something odd.
My profile page and profile settings page both have bio section and both display my 2 web addresses that i have inserted there. But what is strange, at a profile page (http://twitter.com/PawelSzulencki) the links are not hyperlinks while profile settings (http://twitter.com/account/profile_settings) page is showing a clickable versions of those links. Why is it that way?
Also another thing, the “Design” page links have “DoFollow” attribute meaning they pass link juice and PageRank. Why would that page pass link juice if only i can see that page? It should be the other way around. My public profile page should display a clickable links with DoFollow attributes, while the profile settings page doesnt need those links to be hyperlinks.
Here are screenshots i took:

*The red background on top link means that link is a NoFollow link.
